Investment Thesis
Arqadia focuses on premium off-plan developments in high-growth waterfront and island districts such as Saadiyat, Yas, and Fahid Islands, leveraging:
Early entry into developer pricing and payment plans.
Capital appreciation during construction and handover cycles.
Strong rental yields post-handover.
Transparent, manager-led governance.
Each Fund Series (e.g., Arqadia Fund I – Fahid Series) concentrates on one development or a cluster of units within the same project.
